Electri Auto Parts Shipping Policy

At Electri Auto Parts, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. Below, we’ve detailed our shipping policies to ensure clarity and transparency in our operations.

Shipping Cost:

  • Within the USA: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order amount.
  • Priority Shipping: Extra fees will be calculated at checkout for Expedited delivery within the United States. This takes a lesser time, usually 1-3 business days. We do not offer Expedited delivery to countries out of the USA. 
  • International Orders $399 and Lower: A flat rate shipping fee of $50 will be applied.
  • International Orders $400 and Above: Shipping is free for orders totaling $400 or more.

Transit and Handling:

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed promptly. Allow us between 1-2 business days for order handling & processing.
  • Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • For international orders, standard shipping is free for orders $400 and above, with delivery times varying based on the destination. Typically, our international orders ship between 4-8 business days from the time your order is placed. .

Order Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed on weekends after 12:00 PM will be processed the following week.

Change of Address:

  • In the event of an incorrect address input or the need for a change of address, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
  • We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within a specific timeframe after placement. Please contact our Customer Support team promptly for assistance with cancellations.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, our return policy will apply.

Damaged Products:

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the damaged item.
  • We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Shipping Notifications:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Additionally, you will receive an email notification upon delivery of your package.
  • For orders containing multiple items shipped from different warehouses, separate shipping and delivery confirmation emails may be sent.

Shipping Carrier and Options:

  • We utilize the most efficient shipping process available at the time of shipment. Mostly FedEx and UPS
  • Customers cannot select their own carrier or use personal UPS accounts for shipping.
  • We do not offer in-person pickup options, but we provide various shipping options to PO Boxes and other locations.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
  • Actual delivery times are subject to processing, verification, packaging, and carrier schedules.
  • Some items within the same order may ship separately, leading to variations in delivery times for different items.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping via DHL Express.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination country. 
  • Typically, our international orders ship between 4-8 business days from the time your order is placed. 
  • Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to vendor restrictions or local laws.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees incurred due to package rejection or non-acceptance.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable in their country.
  • If a package is returned due to non-acceptance, customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from the destination.

Important Notes:

  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for order status information to be available on the carrier’s website after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
  • Customers are not able to choose their preferred carrier, as we use the most efficient shipping process available at the time.
  • Orders cannot be picked up in person; however, we offer shipping to PO Boxes and various other locations.
