At Electri Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our comprehensive warranty policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected. Please review the following details of our warranty policy:

Return and Replacements

We provide a no-cost warranty, covering shipping expenses for all authorized returns and replacements. Our ASE-certified professionals have thoughtfully crafted a pre-installation guide to ensure the engine performs at its peak.

Replacement Warranty:

  • 6 Months Return and Replacement Warranty: We offer a 6-month return and replacement warranty on all our products. Should you encounter any issues, we will ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

  • Our in-house warranty team works with you to troubleshoot common issues, helping to prevent total engine failure and ensuring your engine performs optimally.

Express Shipping

We generally ship orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare circumstances, delivery might require additional time. We strive to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

Pre-Installation Checks

Performing pre-installation checks is crucial for the optimal performance and durability of your engine or transmission. Our guidelines, cultivated from years of experience, include:

  1. Turbochargers/Superchargers: Turbos are not part of the long block and are not warranted unless otherwise stated in writing.
  2. Physical Damage Check: Inspect for any physical damages before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage and contact us immediately.
  3. Gasket and Seal Inspection: Inspect all gaskets and seals and replace them if needed. Overheating or blown head gaskets will void the warranty.
  4. Crankshaft Check: Fully turn the crankshaft before installation. Contact us if it doesn’t turn over.
  5. Timing Belt Replacement: Replace the timing belt, tensioner, and components before installation. Timing belts, chains, and related components are not warranted.
  6. Oil and Coolant: Change the engine oil and replace the oil filter. Add new antifreeze/coolant.
  7. Lower Oil Pan: Reseal the lower oil pan.

  • Rear Main Seal
  • New Belts and Hoses
  • New Air Filter and Fuel Filter
  • New Spark Plugs (properly gapped)
  • New Gaskets on Valve Covers

  • New Radiator (highly recommended)

Warranty Terms

At Electri Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products with our limited warranty. Our warranty covers the engine assembly, including blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and other internal components typically found in an engine assembly. Auxiliary items such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, and hoses are not covered under our warranty.

We strive to provide high-quality, well-performing engines and transmissions, but appearance may vary. Inspect all parts promptly upon receipt and contact our support line at 1-213-908-2712 to report any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after 48 hours of payment may incur a 20% restocking fee, along with two-way shipping costs if the merchandise has been shipped. We also reserve the right to charge for labor, freight, pallets, bubble wrap, straps, and other associated charges incurred in processing an order.

Returns and Replacements

We will reimburse all shipping costs for warranty-certified returns. However, customers must allow us the opportunity to address any issues with the engine or transmission before requesting a replacement or refund. Denying a replacement or requesting a refund without allowing us this opportunity may result in a 20% restocking fee being applied.

Compatibility and Verification

While we employ VIN compatibility tools to ensure compatibility, additional information may sometimes be required. Customers providing false information or ordering the wrong engine may be responsible for two-way shipping costs and price differences for replacement orders.

Claim Process

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us of any issues with replaced engines or transmissions. Keeping a problematic item beyond this period may limit our ability to approve the claim.

Void Warranty Conditions

Our warranty may be void if:

  • Pre-installation checks are not followed.
  • Diagnostic reports are not provided by ASE-certified mechanics.
  • Engines are not installed within 90 days of purchase.
  • Engines are damaged due to accidents or misuse.
  • Repairs are made without our confirmation.
  • Merchandise is modified or not returned in its original condition.

Important Notes:

  • Our warranty is non-transferrable.
  • Labor charges are not covered unless specifically stated.
  • All deposits for holding parts or special orders are non-refundable.
  • Electrical/electronic issues, oil leaks due to failed seals or gaskets, and damages resulting from overheating or lack of lubrication are not covered under warranty.
